In 1963, the Z06 name was first utilized as an optional equipment package for Corvette owners waiting to race their cars. The name would lay dormant for 4 decades until in 2001, when Chevrolet unveiled the Corvette Z06 for the C5 generation.
Every generation since has featured a track-oriented variant of the Corvette dubbed Z06. All with their own unique engine that was usually heavily tied to their racing program. For the C8 generation, Chevrolet went all out and created their most exotic engine to date. A naturally aspirated flat-plane-crank 5.5 liter V-8 that made 670 horsepower that revs to 8,500rpm. Each Z06 also received a wider body to accommodate the wider track and wheels as well as an optional Z07 Package which added more carbon fiber aero, more aggressive spring rates, carbon-ceramic rotors, and Cup 2R tires.

Originally Delivered to Bob Poynter Chevrolet Buick GMC of Seymour, Indiana in August of 2024. This Z06 was highly equipped showing a $163,000 MSRP and an invoice for $21,000 in dealer add-ons pre delivery. Notable factory options include full exterior carbon fiber aero, carbon ceramic brakes, Z07 suspension, level 2 carbon fiber interior trim, front axle lift, visible carbon fiber roof panel and more. Dealer add ons include carbon mirror caps, carbon exterior pieces over the engine lid, side intakes and grille, trickle charger, car cover and top cover.
Following delivery to its sole owner in Knoxville, this Z06 was immediately sent to Knox Detail for a full PPF installation and ceramic coating. Usage over the past 2 years has been on the lower side, only covering 900 miles since new.
